Had my nose piercing reopened, and Matt was incredibly gentle throughout the process. The service was great, Matt was super friendly and professional, which made the whole experience really comfortable. I loved my visit and will definitely be coming back!
I got my tattoo with Matt, what an amazing experience. He walked me though everything, allowed me to take breaks whenever I needed. I had an incredible time. It did not hurt and I was in and out in an hour (this is not to say they rush their work), as it came out perfect!
Been there 3 times for piercings this year already. The staff there is awesome, knowledgeable, and professional! I can't enough about Mara, who does the piercings. Super nice, knows her shit, and will take her time to make sure the position, etc, is perfect.
