Amy quite literally saved my teeth and gums yesterday. I’m now going full throttle on my brush and flossing game.

Blue Sky Family Dental is an exceptional dental office – clean, professional, and Dr. Li is consistently honest and helpful. Overall my experience was great. They took xrays and detailed photographs of my teeth. Dr. Li took a lot of time with me to explain in detail everything that was going on with my teeth, issues to watch out for and how to really brush and floss correctly. The cleaning was not very long and I didn't experience any pain. Much more thorough than any of my past dentists!

I have been coming here since late 2021 or early 2022. Dr. Li's team takes very good care of me every visit. I purchased a night guard from them. They were very patient with the adjustment and made sure it fits me right.Jimmy handles the scheduling and benefits. No surprise charges.Highly recommended.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, however when I arrived, Jimmy had to pull the email conversation we had to confirm as if he didn’t put me on their calendar which I find it strange. I was then taken in by an assistant to take X-rays and she was really gentle with my teeth while polishing it. She explained a little bit about my teeth and how to brush and floss properly. When the dentist came in, she spoke to me about my teeth for a bit then proceeded to start the regular cleaning. She also did the gum analysis which was severely painful poking each gum with a needle. I was in agony during the whole process and cleaning process as it was severely painful. I’ve been to many different providers and I’ve never experience such painful regular cleaning before. She said it’s normal since there’s a lot of buildup. She said she wasn’t trying to hurt me intentionally but it feels like she didn’t care if I was in agonizing pain and kept going. She shown her frustration and didn’t want to pause when I raised my hand. It was by far the worse experience ever. My entire mouth and gums were severely inflamed for the entire week. I didn’t want to eat or talk to anyone. Brushing my teeth was painful for the whole week. No providers had ever done that to me on a regular cleaning session. If your teeth is sensitive, skip this place. I read the reviews before coming here. There used to be a few low ratings but it seems like they deleted it. I am pretty sure my review will get deleted eventually. I am traumatized by this dentist. I found a new provider for deep cleaning(wasn’t going to stick with this place for this procedure) and they also did an gum analysis on me. It was painless!!! She did not use a needle to poke my gums.

I would typically be reluctant to say I had a good experience at the dentist, however Dr. Amy Li has been a pleasure each time we visited. We started with just the wife and I, and now she is our family Dentist for kids and parents. The practice has been great to deal with and always conscientious of our needs as far as cleanliness, insurance coverage and making a fun experience for my daughter.

I made an appointment with Blue Sky Family Dental for my two daughters, who are very apprehensive when it comes to dental work. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and an absolutely pleasure to work with. Dr. Li, was professional and personable and the girls loved her. She spoke in a way that they could understand and showed them pictures of their teeth, instead of speaking to me as if they weren't in the room.I highly recommend!

Having just moved back to Boston, finding a new dentist could always be an ordeal. The staff at Blue Sky Family Dental were really friendly and caring. Amy was incredibly patient to explain everything to me and made sure I had no questions unanswered. They are also very quick to respond (even outside of business hours) when it comes to getting appointments scheduled or any concerns I had before coming in.
