I want to love this place so bad because I moved close by recently and it's walking distance to my house. The salon is new, clean and huge. They also have availabilities whenever I walked in. I've came here about 4x and every experience was ok, but never amazing. I do want to preface everyone is nice here. If you come in for a pedi, they WILL try to upsell you. Even if you say no, they will pressure you a few more times to do the more expensive one. When you give in and say fine, they'll try once more to push for the even higher tier. They do have massage chairs though. very nice! Waxing service is good. Although I already have preshaped tattooed brows, it's easy for anyone to follow. A little more pricey than other spots in town. The mani/pedi is ok. they chip fairly quickly compared to my usual place. I want to go back, but I rather make the drive to my usual place.

My first and last time here. By far one of the worst pedis Iβve had. I am a licensed nail tech and can do my own pedis but like to treat myself once in a while. Started out the pedi with ice cold water. Then my tech came over with her implements in a plastic bin. Not in a steri package that techs typically use. She pushed my cuticles back but didnβt cut them. She didnβt do the sides of my nails even though I pointed out an area on my right foot. She used a used nail file and buffer that she put back in the drawer when she was done. All those items should be single use items. As I was sitting in my chair another tech was cleaning the chair next to me. She didnβt use any cleaning solution just rinsed it out with water. Massage was done with scrub which Iβve never in my life had done (super painful). Typically massage is done with lotion and oil. Polish job was terrible and didnβt even use a clean up brush. I went home took off the polish, cleaned up my cuticles, cleaned the sides of my nails, refiled to make my nails straighter and even and repolished. Such a waste of money. Would not recommend they donβt follow proper procedures for sanitation and that could be potentially dangerous.

Went in for a pedi yesterday. When Ann was filing my feet she literally cut the sides of both feet! She told me my polish was dry, which I questioned, when I got home I had lint sticking to the polish. The best part was I received the $48 pedicure, but i was charged $52. I was told $4 was for the polish (No, I didn't get gel)! I will never go back.Update; The cut on my left foot now looks infected!

Went for a pedi today. When Ann was filing my feet she literally cut the sides of both feet! She told me my polish was dry and when I got home I had sock lint all over my toes. The best part was I received the $48 spa pedicure, but when I went to pay I was charged $52. I was told the $4 was for the polish (not gel!) Will never go back!

One of the worst manicures Iβve had. Within a day, two of my fingers had completely chipped and fallen off. I called to tell them and they had someone else fix the nails. The paint on my other fingers was chipping and peeling between days 2-3 and on day 4-5 I had 3 additional nails pop off. Some are hanging on my a thread causing a lot of pain in my nails. Terrible terrible terrible I will never go back. Not to mention the woman who did my nails chased me to write a good review when I had said I was all set. All of the good reviews are likely lies
