I’m grateful that Amira accepted my appointment late on a Sunday, but unfortunately, I had a bad experience overall. I requested a simple sew-in and even showed a clear reference picture, but the end result was nothing like what I asked for. It took over 4 hours, and the final look was messy and unprofessional. The photos are exactly how I left the shop at 10pm (after getting there a little before 6).
It was clear that sew-ins are not her specialty, and I really wish she had been honest about that upfront—it would have saved us both a lot of time and frustration. I came back the next day hoping for a refund or at least to have the extensions removed, but I didn’t receive a full refund and she did not take them out.
Sadly, I can’t recommend this shop for sew-ins based on my experience.

Where do I even start. I came to get small knotless braids down to my waist. I came in at 1pm and did not leave till around 10pm. A total of four women did my hair at once. Firstly, one of the women that were doing my hair was asked more than several times (by the other stylist) to redo braids she already braided… i’m not sure if she wasn’t getting the sizing right but the amount of times this was happening definitely contributed to how long this service took. Secondly, not only did they let a customer come in after they had already closed, this customer came in and disrespectfully demanded one of the stylist that was working on MY head to do HIS hair, which most definitely made this an even lengthier service. Lastly, I was charged $350 for this service and YES I knew this prior. However, within a couple of days of wearing this out while properly maintaining the style, majority of the braids the lady had to redo FELL OUT. My sides, especially around the edges are either thinning out, falling out, or ripping clean out of my head. I did not pay $350 for my hair to fall out of my head. I don’t even want my money back, I just don’t want anyone to go through what i experienced here.

Disgraceful, unprofessional, unorganized. I ended up leaving the appointment because the Braider Aisha was more than 30 mins late, on top of me having to bring my own hair and them moving my appointment around multiple times.

My toddler notice my braid fell out. The hairstyle is nice but extremely too tight. Now my hair is gone along with the braid. $220 for box braids that is falling apart not even after a week of being in. She asked me to come back to fix it but how to fix something that is broken ( my hair)? I would like reimbursement but that was not offered.

Never again would I go back to this place. I went in for locs and in two days they started to fall off, they did a terrible job and took 4 hours to crochet locs. The other place where I usually go takes her an hours and a half. I had a 9 am appointment and the owner was was not there, the doors were still locked. I got there before that should have been my sign to not even walk in that place. I’ll never again go back there.

This place is infested with ROACHES!!!!!! roaches were climbing all over the chair the floor one ran across my leg when I was getting my hair braided I jumped up. They were acting like it was normal. Do not go here. It's dirty over priced and.Horrible Service Rude Stylist
