I got stuck with an 8 yr old He came when he said he would, got my car started right away and I was on my way. Very pleasant and professional also gave me tips of what to do if it happens again and what not to do.

Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when my car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped with the cables I had. When I called, he said he would be there in around 30 minutes, but was there within 15-20. He was able to start my car, knew the issue, and even directed me to a repair shop that was able to change my battery within the same day to turn what could have been a big hassle into a small inconvenience. My car was towed to Todisco Towing after a hit and run accident, they didn't have the service to take my car to Quincy, so I called American Towing. Michael arrived my home to pick me up in 15 minutes, then we went to Todisco to move my car to my car repair shop in Quincy.
