Sam to the rescue! We moved to a new (to us) home a few weeks ago, and after a few hot days the AC in the bedroom decided to quit at 4:30pm. Despite being the end of the day, Sam was able to come after finishing his scheduled jobs when nobody else would. He spent about 2 hours fixing our system, which it turns out had been neglected of service for several years and needed a full overhaul of the condenser and air handler. Despite the late hour and involved job, he was kind and professional throughout. He also checked the other AC systems at the home and spotted another condenser that needs attention in short order. We'll definitely be reaching out to him to come for the other condenser service.

I had such a great experience with Alpha Omega. My AC stopped working and it was leaking and he came super fast and fixed exactly what I needed right away. The price was very reasonable and their service guys were so professional and easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again!

If you want to get robbed and want, perhaps the worst workmanship on the South Shore, then call Sam (the one guy who works there). Do not blame anyone but yourself if you fall prey to being ripped off by this guy. Any quote he has given you, reach out to other plumbers/hvac pros. I'm really like Petro - they maintain and service your hardware tor a very reasonable monthly cost. Do yourself a service, read the reviews, ask people questions. Be a smart consumer.

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.Service: A/C services
