I am the chef of the Kalmar Nyckel Tall Ship and my charging cord corrupted. All of my recipes for cooking on the ship were in my laptop. I called Shawn and within 24 hours he came through. I am immensely grateful to him for his determined effort to repair the cord connection. And he is a very sweet guy to boot! Thank you, Shawn, for excellent service and an empathetic attitude.

Excellent service! I called Shawn regarding my Samsung laptop. He called me back immediately. He was ppolite and super professional. Although my computer issues got self resolved, I would never hesitate to call Shawn for any future issues. I come to Prown often. So happy to know there is a computer guy out there that I can call!!
