Wish they had a 0 star option that’s what they deserve. Horrible costumer service, very racist including and specially Dr white. I was interpreting for a patient there today and I don’t recommend this place at all. She said if the patient wanted to buy contact lenses she would have to bring someone that wears them and speak the patient language because it’s impossible to interpretate such a thing. she treated and speak very rude to us. we were so upset that we didn’t even get the glasses there. gonna redo the exam somewhere else clearly their machines were dirty and couldn’t be accurate

Linda was by far the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I refused to even buy a second pair because of how rude she was. When I go back to pick up my glasses I will for sure wait to have someone else help me to not have to deal with her.She has no customer service skills what so ever

Woman I spoke to was very rude and dismissive of my questions, said they wouldn’t check my insurance coverage (to see if we were in network) before coming in. Will not be going there for my kiddo’s glasses.
