The response regarding shared space in the pool during swimming lessons is unacceptable. The fact the infants are SWIMMING across the length of the pool, while the older kids are not is ridiculous. If you are sharing the tiny pool, ALL children should have access to swimming the entire length. It is obvious the babies get priority over the toddlers and young children who need to learn how to swim, and need swimming safety lessons. Every single week we fail to see progress.

Facility is much nicer than it use to be. Even has a lovely smoothie bar and option to get your hair done. Swim lessons director is extremely rude (Kristen) and condescending not only to the kids but the parents as well. Sometimes you shouldn’t work with kids if you don’t like them.

I agree regarding the swimming lessons. The pool is small and yet there are several classes all at once. The baby class takes up 3/4 of the lane, while the other kids had no room to swim. How can swimming lessons be held in a space basically the size of a bathroom? How can the kids learn to swim if they are not allowed to swim? I watched through two lessons and neither one of my kids did anything, the instructor had them kick on a float. If you want your child to learn to swim, DO NOT send them here because they will not learn how to swim.

The pool is shared during swimming lessons and the older kids are NOT being taught to swim. The parents with infants are allowed to use 3/4 of the lane while the older kids (3-7 year old) are confined to a 10x10 area. The instructor basically has them playing with floats. We NEVER see our child swimming. How can you learn to swim in 4 feet of water in a 10 by 10 confined area? Do better or stop taking money for lessons that are never taught.

This was my safe space - until an interaction with 1 staff member. Very disappointed. Rudeness and condemnation should never be apart of authority.

I just recently returned to Plymouth Fitness after many years! It was like returning to family! There are a few new faces, but with that there are many new programs & classes to partake in! State of the art equipment, multiple machines (cardio & strength), and an abundance of weights was so important to me. The renovation of the pool is amazing! PF was definitely the best move for me to keep me motivated!

There would be nothing negative to say about Plymouth Fitness. I moved to this town six years ago and joined PF immediately and never regretted that. The staff is top shelf and the members are beyond friendly.

I took at Pilates Mat class with Marlene today and enjoyed it very much. She explains all the movements very well. I will continue to take this class as long as it is offered.

Teigan has been an amazing trainer for my husband and me after years of not exercising much! She is also very helpful with nutrition facts as well. We look forward to our sessions every week as she makes our workouts fun!
