Highly recommend Plymouth Fireplace! When shopping for our unit, we visited several stores closer to us, but the engagement was poor by representatives. One place gave us a brochure and told us to come back when we knew our choice. Jim took the time with me and my wife to explain all of the features, sizing, and pricing, really understanding our needs and goals. We settled on Kozy Heat. Normally, one would not expect to have a problem, but inexplicably our remote died immediately after Thanksgiving and the Holidays are fast approaching. This would be our first with the working fireplace, and we were excited to have everyone gather around the hearth this year. I called Jim and he immediately scheduled Tyler, who arrived today, to reprogram and replace the remote (apparently, it is something not self-service). Tyler had been an original installer for us and was cheerful as could be, having driven 40 minutes for a 5 minute appointment.
