Had my first experience with Mr. Appliance today. I was impressed with their quick and professional response time. I was able to select a date/time for appointment online, receiving an email confirmation. Just before tech arrived, I received a text with a photo of tech so I would know who to expect. Dave arrived, masked for my safety, examined my freezer, searched online for replacement door, calculated price. When he saw the total, he suggested I get a new fridge next month, when they are on sale. Dave gave me helpful hints to keep the freezer working as well as possible until then. I am VERY pleased with my experience with Mr. Appliance. Had I been able to replace the door reasonably, the check I wrote for today’s visit would have been applied to that expense. I will be calling Mr. Appliance for any of my other appliance needs.

Extremely happy with Mr.Appliance...from scheduling to saying goodbye. The service tech was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He nailed the problem with my refrigerator immediately, whereas another popular local repairman didn't get it right. Mr.Appliance is definitely my company of choice for future repairs.
