“Jake did an awesome job fixing the dryer. He arrived when he said he would, took the dryer apart and identified the problem very quickly!
Explained what happened, why and what was needed to fix it. There were parts that had to be ordered but that was fine. ( I jury rigged a clothes line outside. On the one sunny day we had I got 5 loads of wash done! The sun dried even thick quilts and heavy dungarees in less than 30 minutes! But to bad it doesn't soften clothes too. ) This morning Jake worked at putting the dryer back together and made sure it was in good working order before he left. On both visits he even cleaned up after himself. The dryer is working great and humming quietly right now as I write this review.
