I started outpatient PT on March 2nd after having knee replacement surgery in mid February. I was fortunate to have Long Pond PT available here at Redbrook, where I live, and began my recovery. From the moment I walked I was greeted by Cheryl who made me feel welcome and was more than positive about what was to come. I then met Lori who did my initial assessment and she was also positive and you could tell she knew her stuff. I then met both Mike and Kyle who guided me along with Lori thru the recovery exercises with total professionalism and also made me feel welcome on every visit. Long Pond Physical Therapy really helped me recover. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments were easy to make. Atmosphere was friendly, fun, and upbeat. My Physical Therapist were awesome!

These folks are rock stars. Kyle, Mike, and Lori all pushed me along to speed my recovery from a total knee replacement, tailoring my program specifically for what I was ready to handle. PT is not easy, but if you follow their program, do as much at home as you can between sessions, try to keep the positive energy going (not always easy - a TKR is not fun), you get there. The sessions are well structured, but there is always a good vibe too in the room - plenty of banter and you’ll find everyone there - not just the trainers but the people being treated - supporting and encouraging each other.
