I was recommended by a friend to go to Michelle at James Joseph in Plymouth. I was so nervous that I first booked a consultation. My hair had 3 or different colors in it and hadn't been colored or cut in months Michelle listened to what I wanted and took her time to explain everything to make sure we were on the same page. She genuinely wanted me to be happy and feel beautiful with the color and cut. I appreciated the fact that she also consulted with Tina, one of the directors, who was also a color correction specialist. It took 40 years but I finally got the color I have been searching for. What a great time! I had Darlene and this was my first time at the salon. She was so personalble. She made sure exactly what I wanted. She told me everything she was doing and how she was styling. She even taught me how to style my hair. This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I even booked my color correction with her and I found my new stylist! Thank you so much! You're a wonderful and talented stylist. I can't wait to come back. ??

Amazing, I had the best experience as an over tired mom, I walked out looking like me again. And I’m unsure how everyone I know doesn’t know about the place, but they will soon. Kay is my personal favorite, so please make sure not to overbook her, as she is my go to. Now I have to catch up everyone I know, who is still working all the time, as they only want the best, and for some reason me going from a CEO to stay at home mom, gives me the time to help update them. Thank you for making me look like me again.
