An update to give another 5 stars because Charlie, Andrew, and Chris were so helpful and patient! I have bought wooden flooring here 4 different times and pleased with the quality! Once again, Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to my questions with patience and helpful answers. I bought wooden flooring here years ago and bought more wooden flooring recently. I was allowed to take samples home to check how they would look so I could choose and purchase what I liked and needed at a reasonable price both times. I also have bought other items and flooring. Would highly recommend this store!
OUTSTANDING customer service, pricing and products at Plymouth Home Outlet. John and Charlie went above and beyond assisting with project design and offering expert advice. From project design through delivery of product they courteously worked with us through a large kitchen renovation project purchase. We will definitely return for any future purchases! It is a go to home improvement store, when you need that odd size window or door and need it today odds are you will find something that will work here. The store manager Charlie and his sales crew are very informative and accommodating. Kitchen and bath cabinetry that are stock items and are a great deal and will fit many remodeling and new projects, and again all in stock items. Try them out, worth the trip.
