We are doing a remodel of our first floor. We purchased many items for the kitchen and master bedroom. John gave exceptional service, and gets my highest recommendation for customer service. During the remodel process, I have interacted with many companies, and Home Outlet is one of the best. The materials we purchased are quality products, and the prices were the best in town.
My husband and i are building a home in Bourne Massachusetts. We have had the pleasure of purchasing their products before and we were so happy with the quality of their products so we are back for round 2…Upon arrival Chris greeted us and i warned him how high maintenance i was. An update to give another 5 stars because Charlie, Andrew, and Chris were so helpful and patient! I have bought wooden flooring here 4 different times and pleased with the quality! Once again, Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to my questions with patience and helpful answers. I bought wooden flooring here years ago and bought more wooden flooring recently. I was allowed to take samples home to check how they would look so I could choose and purchase what I liked and needed at a reasonable price both times. I also have bought other items and flooring. Would highly recommend this store!
