The team from Guided Living was beyond exceptional. We needed to put 24 hour care in place in literally one day, which also happened to be during the same week as the Thanksgiving holiday. Understanding the urgency of our need, from our first interaction with Kim DeLeo, and then Amanda who helped with all the scheduling, in no time we had a full slate of amazing care givers who provided round the clock care during my mother's final days. I can't say enough good things about Elder Care by Guided Living and particularly about all of the people I have encountered. My mother took a turn for the worse and they were able to schedule home care to start the very next day! Everyone I have spoken to has been incredibly caring and helpful. The whole process is very organized, with coordinators and schedulers and I have always been able to reach any of them immediately. The nurse who did the assessment was very friendly and thorough and the person who came to provide the care was nothing short of amazing.
