Mike is professional, leaves a job site clean, and has amazing attention to detail. I had many quotes to install an access to our attic. I was told it could go anywhere by mutiple contractors. Mike immediately pointed out the one and only spot it would work without compromising the structural integrity of our bedroom ceiling. So glad I found him. High quality, sturdy, and nicely trimmed finish with metal stairs. If you need something done correctly, dont hesitate to call him.
