Our family cannot put in enough words how grateful we are to this Plymouth office. We were able to keep our mom/grandma, Delores, in our home because of the fabulous caregivers working her case; Alyssa R., Allison P, and Shelley P. As one can imagine, having “strangers” in and out of your home can be overwhelming ~ but these caring and professional women became like family and it was obvious how much they truly cared for Delores. The office staff ~ Ana & Lache ~ were amazing at helping with additional scheduling when we needed it, always a warm and sensitive voice on the end of every call. Owner, Ruth, suggested Beacon Hospice and they were also a blessing. It is helpful to work with a company that listens to your needs, invests in their workers, and is able to refer local resources. We lost Delores in November 2025 – our caregivers were with us for 10-months (Allison for 16 months), and we still speak about the care Delores received with fond memories.

This is for my husband David Anderson. Brenda comes Tuesday and Thursday. She makes it able for me to get away to shop or whatever I need for a while. She’s wonderful with Dave and helps him do all the exercises he needs. We’re very glad to have her. Pam Anderson

Comfort Keepers are wonderful ladies who provide 24/7 care for my aunt, who is nearing her 100th birthday. They give patience and kindness in every interaction. They engage her in small projects, and escort her take her out to dinner every evening.

The nurse from come to keepers it does my Meds is a lifesaver due to a couple of my medical problems. I have very much difficulty trying to fill my pill thing for the month. I take close to 13 pills a day some of them three times a day some of them twice a day she truly is a very nice person who is friendly and knowledgeable and has been so helpful to me I don’t know what I would do without her. Janelle is the best Darren I’ve had in a long time. She does things out of her way like picking up my medicine since I don’t drive and there’s no one home to get it thoroughly. Enjoy her visits.

Today I met my first representative of Comfort Keepers(CK) in Hilton Head SC. Previously when living in my home up north (MA) I had a CK staff member visit my house 4 days/week for the past 6 months, from about 3-5PM, so I am quite familiar with the scope of their services and I look forward to interacting with a similar aide in SC.

Ruth and Comfort Keepers did a truly heroic job making sure we had the absolute best and most consistent care for my 90 y.o. mother who needed 24/7 care when she came home from rehab. You couldn’t find someone more knowledgeable than Ruth and she has gone *beyond* above and beyond to help us. Loretta and the office staff are always dedicated and helpful and - most of all - the aides they matched us with have been truly remarkable, kind and experienced caregivers. We have been so lucky to have such help during such a difficult time.

We've been so lucky to have comfort keepers in our lives. My mother-in-law moved in January 2024 and we wouldn't be able to keep her at home without them. Our caregivers, Allison, Shelly, and Alyssa have been amazing. The scheduling staff has been able to help us out when we need extra help with caregivers that offer her the same care as the ones who have been with her for 9 months. They are her second family.
