It takes at least 3 visits until they realize the how you want your hair cut. They are afraid to think out of the box and give you the cut you want.

A wonderful place I had a facial with Heather yesterday such a pleasant experience I only go to Charles David for pedicures and facials the staff is always helpful and very friendly I would recommend Charles David Thank you Heather for always being so nice

I don’t leave reviews like this often, but I feel compelled to here. Had an appointment with Kate today. Just an unbelievably rude lady. I told her I was looking to grow my hair out and only wanted a 1/4 inch off. She ignored what I said and cut nearly 3/4 - 1 inch off. When I tried to politely ask why, she literally stopped and stared at me without saying a word.
My hair is kind of ruined and the entire experience felt like a car wash, once size fits all. I have spent $100 for a men’s cut in the past, but it’s supposed to be something customized, based on what the client was looking for. Not you’re a guy, so I’m going to cut your hair like everyone else’s, so sit there and don’t say anything. Just awful.
The only thing pleasant about the experience was the receptionist, Beth, who seemed to genuinely care.

Do not go here for a facial.. my skin is beyond messed up it was not a relaxing experience and the manager did not give one morsel of care when i brought it to her attention…

Kayleigh Mills took my hair from “burnt summer blonde” to “warm autumn caramel” in a single session! If you have curly hair and want a beautiful custom color/cut, Kayleigh is the girl to see.

Charles David Salon in the Pinehills has added another outstanding manicurist to its staff. Deanna is skillful, gentle and personable, and she gave me a beautiful and relaxing mani/pedi. There is only 1 nice worker there the boy with the blue hair and glasses was very rude and disrespectful he even threw my money at me

Love love love Charles David Salon (Exit 5 Long Pond Rd specifically) . Katelyn Paull is the best stylist that I’ve been to in a long time! She’s the sweetest, most caring, & so efficient in the things she does. I 100% recommend & trust Kate with my hair and so should you. She will NOT disappoint.
