Fast, professional, kind and comforting staff. I have been there for myself, my children 13 and 19, and my husband - positive experience every visit. The imaging department moves efficiently and the on-site pharamcy prepares prescriptions quickly, within 10 minutes every time I've gone. Even the front secretarial staff are very helpful, one staff helped me resolve an old balance due issue.
There are a wide range of doctors here, it's great to offer a place where there's a pharmacy, optomology, and snack machines ( location could be more central).
You still have to visit other locations for breast cancer issues, MRIs, and CT scans and behavioral services.
Having moved a number of times as an adult, I have had to switch primary care doctors more than once. One thing they all seemed to have in common was waiting, until Atrius. I have never had to wait to be seen here they are always right on time. On top of that, I have consistently received excellent care.
It is incredibly convenient that they have X ray and a pharmacy on site, so you can get everything you need taken care of quickly and efficiently. Doctor Rachel Ceccarelli in particular is fantastic. This is the best primary care facility I have ever had.
