It started when I rented the box and they answered all questions, gave me a price that was the same as online (unlike competitor) and were very patient and nice to talk to. I would recommend MI-Box above any other company. I had it for 7 months and whenever I had a question, they were there to answer without delay.

I highly recommend Mi Box for all of your storage needs (if we move they will be the ones I call too!). We needed short term storage at our home while construction was being done and every interaction start to finish with everyone at Mi Box was friendly, knowledgable and professional! Thank you Nathan and all the Mi Box people who helped us (our driver was incredible at maneuvering our tiny street and driveway!).
