We had a very positive experience doing reconstruction after extensive water damage. Jeff was amazing and the workers were top quality. Everything was done well and communication was effective. Would highly recommended.

Late Saturday afternoon, March 23, 2024, we discovered our finished and beautifully appointed basement was flooded by what turned out to be a leaking toilet. We immediately called our condo management company, who recommended we contact JBrianDay. We called them immediately and arrange them to engage them. Luckily we were able to stop the leak late Saturday evening.
Tim Gauvin of JBD showed up first thing Monday morning and we got things started. Within 72 hours, the whole basement was gutted and remediated and next 5 days the whole place was dried out. J Brian Day services did a great job at drying out my basement after some residual water had come in from an outside water issue. They responded promptly, were professional, pleasant and efficient. They took the matter seriously and made cleanup and restoration quick and easy. I then hired them to do some air vent cleaning throughout my house. Again, their staff was professional, pleasant and efficient. The cost for the Air vent cleaning was above the average price which was a bit disappointing but having the same company handle both projects was easier for me.
