Highly recommend Dempsey for HVAC issues. Matt has been extremely professional and knowledgeable, he also made sure that I understand all issues we have and feel good about the resolution that he was suggesting.
Charles and David were the technicians who replaced the system. They made amazing job with respecting our space and getting everything done fast and efficient. I'm happy with the whole experience.
Matt and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. They did a hot water tank maintenance. Matt gave me information that will allow me to make decisions on other issues. Great customer service. Thanks.
Yesterday, 8/20/25 Robert and Dwayne were here to perform the annual ac maintenance when they noticed my water heater was leaking, and there was significant rusting on the water heater as well as the expansion tank. They explained why both needed to be replaced ASAP and helped me schedule replacement and installation for the following day. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
