Cory did great work on my older, badly installed furnace/water heater tank system that came with the house. He is very knowledgeable and creative! When the system finally crashed, we discussed the work and they wrote up a quote very fast so I could go to the bank for financing. When it was all done, they ordered the equipment quickly and, though it didn't come quickly, once it was here they got right to work on the installation. I now have a very impressive looking on demand system that was installed promptly and with care. I highly recommend this company!

WTPI just saved our butts! We woke to a flooded basement, and called them. A tech was here within 30 minutes and diagnosed the issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We’re looking forward to continuing our relationship with WTPI in the future!

Norman Lee, WTPI owner, and his staff at WTPI are the best! One very cold late afternoon a couple of weeks ago, we realized our furnace was blowing cold air. We called WTPI and reached the answering service which took our information and within a very short period of time, we received a call from Don, a WTPI tech, telling us he would be there shortly. Sure enough Don AND Norman were at our house promptly and quickly identified our problem. Turned out we were out of propane and they helped us reached out to our propane provider.
