Brought my 3 boys in on a busy Saturday for haircuts....almost walked out b/c there was a line. However, Tom encouraged me to stay, clarifying it was a shorter wait than I thought. During our wait, my boys and I enjoyed bantering with the other customers, Tom and his dad. We never felt like first timers. We felt like we had been there our whole lives. My boys never griped about waiting. Tom did an awesome job on on all 3 boys' haircuts! He was gentle, professional, engaging, and funny! We will most definitely return!!!!!
