I called The Pittsfield Massachusetts store as INeeded a part for my boiler. The genius on the phone seemed Confused and really did not want to look up the part number. So I ordered one from Amazon.- installed works great.. Few days later I called back to the store as I wanted to keep a spare part on hand. -this time I was told They “only sell stuff to licensed technician” ?? So I ordered 2nd one from Amazon. I would like to support the local Business, because this depressed area really need some help, but this guy did not even seem he wanted to work . No I did not get his name.//I don’t get it.
