I'm so glad to have been referred to CWT in Pittsfield. I was able to get beautiful shades at a very fair price and the owners are true professionals. Every interaction was pleasant, and most importantly they are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. I was very pleased with the speedy process from start to finish; I didn't have to wait months for an appointment in my home or for delivery and installation. I will definitely return to CWT again because Diana (who helped me) is the best.
