“I accidentally went to the wrong shop, and dropped my car off to be detailed. I want to be clear that I did not get my car detailed, but the owner was so kind and understanding despite my late-night mishap. He was working very hard at like 9 pm in his office, and had my keys stored in a lock box for my arrival. Very nice man, very kind.“
