I don't know who in their right mind would leave this company a bad review. Their attention to detail is perfect. I go to Lisa and have never had a complaint once, she takes her time and seems to enjoy what she does.

I recently visited Pepperell Nail and Spa, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
The environment was also excellent—clean, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. It was the perfect setting to unwind while getting my nails done. I left feeling pampered and completely satisfied with my manicure. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon experience!

Jenny is awesome! She’s kind, always makes sure you like what she’s doing, and my nails after always look pretty. Depending on the day, it’s not easy to get a same day appt with her, so recommend calling ahead.
