I had new heating and cooling units installed by ECM a few years ago in the late fall. When spring came and it was time to turn on the cool air, one of the units had a minor issue and they came out and fixed it without any issues. Today, I had issues with one of my units and called them to come out for a service visit. While on the phone, they talked me through some steps to verify and it turns out it was user (me!) error. ECM taking 15 minutes to talk to me on the phone saved me money because now they don't need to come out for a service visit and made me a happy customer. Thanks ECM!

I have no idea how this company's services compare to others. I can tell you their employees have great character. My dogs dug out of the yard. Two ECM employees on the job, Mayurio and George nearly hit them with their truck when the dogs came flying out of the woods around a blind corner. Rather than leaving the dogs running loose, the fellows bundled them up, took them to the police station and called the numbers on the tags. The dogs could have been killed. But these good guys took time while working to rescue them. Kindness goes a long way. Good character counts for a lot. If the company hires people this great, I bet their services are good, too. Thanks for caring about lost dogs.
