Tim could have convinced us we needed to hire him to implement a solution. But after conducting a thorough inspection, he said there was no problem other than the unprecedented rain.

Tim stopped by to take a look at a crawlspace I was thinking of getting wrapped bc I thought we had a moisture issue. After looking, Tim advised that we didnt have an issue and recommended just buying a larger dehumidifier. His expertise, honesty, and no-overselling attitude was refreshing. I'll definitely keep them in mind for friends and any of my own future needs!

Watchman Waterproofing told me that with the size of my basement and the goals we wanted to accomplish for dryness, we could likely just buy a high end dehumidifier and it has done wonders. Every other company had us spending 18+K. He had a similar quote for a similar project but said it was likely overkill. He saved us a ton of money and didn’t charge us anything! I would highly recommend having him take a look at any job, big or small, before choosing another quote. I will definitely use him for future projects!
