“the way i found this place is unusual. i tried to book an appointment with my regular spa i go to for reflexology visits. when i called , my girl told me she would be closed for the next week starting tommorow. i must have sounded sad when i told her i couldn't wait that long, as i was sore from the gym. she took my information and told me she would call me back shortly; after she called a few friends that were local. she called me back 10 minutes later and told me that she had secured a 60 minute appointment for me the next day in kingston where a friend of hers worked. she provided me with the name, address , telephone #, etc. i arrived a few minutes early to my appointment and was taken in right away, no waiting. the spa looked and smelled very clean and had a lavander kind of scent in the air. the staff were very nice and i thanked them for working with my regular spa to accomodate me for a treatment. i got top notch service from my kind provider. first, she soaked my feet in a bucket of warm water that had some lavander oils added to it as well as some kind of bath salts. it was very relaxing and my feet had started feeling better already. it was then time for the reflexology. she did use very firm pressure on the different zones on the bottom of my feet but it was never once painful. i nearly started to fall asleep halfway through as i was so de-stressed. after the session, i was left feeling like a million bucks. i was kindly given bottled water and some candies on the way out the door. all around a great experience. i will return here anytime that my regular spa is unavailable.“
