Be careful when trying to get hired at this store or buy animals the new head manager Amanda from the Hanover store was transferred to this store which she allowed neglect to all the animals in the store in Hanover .also if you are trying to be hired or originally work at this Pembroke store this woman doesn't allow anyone to question her and enjoys discrimination and bullying as a key to get rid of workers and will most likely cut your hours if you don't summit to her and replace u with less intelligent children employees that don't care if animals die .. not only is she rude to customers and potential employees. she lacks the animal care knowledge and... read full review

the fee for grooming is 48.00 then they attach a 5.99 fee for materials, then what is the 48.00 for? the materials they said is shampoo,ect. I didn't get to take the shampoo home I paid for. Then I gave a 10.00 tip. That being said we won't be going back!
