I’m giving this company a truly honest & FAIR review!! During this storm I understand they are in high demand. Once they were able to help out they got in touch and came down to see us. Our Navien system had a problem where the fuse relay part got fried during the power outage. Was a quick diagnosis because believe it or not, we had spent the past 3 days troubleshooting and the tech confirmed the issue. He said probably a couple hundred bucks and left to get the part. The boss sent us the quote of $1500. to get this box to restore our heat (and being without heat since Monday during the blizzard we were desperate to do this). I called Carmark Plumbing In the middle of the night and they were the only local plumber who actually picked Up on an emergency after hours line. They were so wonderful and talked through the issue with me and Gave me the guidance I needed. I highly recommend and will be using them exclusively going forward.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Jamie and his company came highly recommended and I am so thankful that I contacted him to address our plumbing needs. Jamie was professional and swift with his response and had a team out to work on our house within the same day. Jamie is very personable and knowledgeable and I felt confident with his service the moment he arrived. We will definitely be using Jamie as our main plumbing supply from here on out and will eagerly recommend Carmark Plumbing to family and friends. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
