Brigham and Women's Health Care Center, Pembroke

I used to love it here... But after every appointment has been cancelled/rescheduled over the last couple of years I just don't see them as reliable anymore. Friendly enough sure, but do NOT set an appointment date and expect it to stick. You will be thrown for a loop (usually less than a week prior to your appointments no less).

Maybe there are good primary care dr.’s there but apparently they must never be accepting new patients. I get my needs met better at the urgent care attached to them because aside from not being able to get an appt. With a Dr. symptoms are ignored, played down or the attitudes of a few PA’s and nurses were so negative and derogatory I choose not to go into the office for any kind of appt. Urgent care takes you seriously and almost all; actually I think all but one of my referrals to specialists, x-rays etc. have come from UC. I am so very grateful to have such a world class facility right near me. The care that I get here is top notch and I can easily get referrals to other campuses throughout the system. Grateful to have access locally and highly recommend.
