Peter Kelly from Blue Bear came to check out my Heat Pump System as the system wasn't working. Peter diagnosed the indoor fan wasn't properly speeding up. He went to the supply company to get the parts and installed them on the same day, fixing my issue under warranty. He did a great job and I was very happy with his knowledge, professional service and pleasant personality.
