This is a review for a service call that didn’t happen. We had limited suction in our skimmer line. When my husband called to schedule a service call, the person who answered the phone suggested we clean the filter, as that would be the first thing they would do to assess the problem. We were able to resolve the problem ourselves without being charged for a service call.
