The Service Corp.

I was having some issues with my boiler and decided to give the Service Corp a call. They were very cooperating and understanding of my current situation, and sent someone out to take a look. The service was outstanding and I liked the customer service as Nate was very professional and even went the extra length to explain to me what is wrong and how he would be fixing it. Overall I definitely recommend the Service Corp. Fantastic service.

We woke up to no heat and no hot water the Tuesday before Thanksgiving 2019. We had plane reservations for St. Louis to celebrate with family. So, we locked up the house and went to the airport to catch our flight. The Friday after Thanksgiving, I called asking for emergency service on Sunday when we were back. Somehow the fact that we lost heat on Tuesday seemed to invalidate our eligibility for emergency service. “You want us to come when it’s convenient for you.” “I am not going to drag someone out on a Sunday and pay him OT.” I was offered Monday afternoon. Excellent company, the staff is outstanding. They were extremely accommodating even when I change my appointment time. He did a very thorough check and made recommendations. It ran quieter then it had in ages after he left. I would highly recommend them.
