Wonderful experience this morning! After using the same company for over a decade, we could not get a return call to schedule service they said we needed or even a quote since they came out in May. So we called The Chimney Company, they came out the same day to do an estimate, were honest and respectful. After a full inspection of our chimney they also did not see the need for the services we were told we needed. Finding a company who is honest and not looking to upsell is so rare in todays world, and I am so happy we called The Chimney Company, we will be using them moving forward for all of our needs!

Great company to deal with. Been using John sinced we moved here in 2016 on the recommendation of another neighbor. Very thorough, tidy , clean and only charges for chimneys that need sweeping. Back office support, Charlene, is very helpful and responsive. Also used John for chimney repair . Again, a good job tidily done.
