I went to see Tracy for a combo of Reiki and massage and I had never gone to see anyone for reiki or a massage before and I told her that and right away she eased my anxiety with this first time experience and walked me through everything step by step. Within minutes I went from a walking ball of stress to complete relaxation and comfortability with basically a perfect stranger. I don’t even have the words to explain how she does it. Tracy was fantastic. she created a safe and welcoming space and made sure to have dialogue in the beginning to go over my expectations, concerns, goals from the session. She truly has a remarkable gift and would highly recommend her and her services.
I had a 90-minute Reiki session with Tracy. While I had a few previous sessions with other Reiki practitioners, this was by far the most beautiful and healing experience. Tracy is incredibly intuitive and provides soothing energy during the session. I left the session feeling incredibly relaxed, and the next day I felt rejuvenated and full of energy. I can’t recommend Tracy enough!
