“I was willing to try anything to help relieve a tight muscle in my hip and glutes. I had debilitating pain and tightness for over a month and nothing was working. Stretching, PT, massage, I had tried it all. I was then referred to Ariel to try dry needling and it was the only thing that actually worked. After the first session, the muscle released and I finally got relief. Can’t recommend Ariel or FIXXED enough!!“

“I have been seeing DJ @ Soul PT on and off for > 3 years for tension headaches. DJ is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and kind. He introduced me to dry needling which has helped lessen both the frequency and severity of my headaches. Kristen (front office) is also very kind and patient with the many insurance questions. Would highly recommend SPT!“

“Andrea came to my rescue at 20 weeks pregnant! I was having severe round ligament pain. I also wanted helppositioning baby from breech transverse to vertex. Her detailed explanation of anatomy and stretches quickly relieved my pain. She sent me stretches and info via email which was incredibly helpful to reference. With time his position changed as well! She was so kind and caring and would check in often to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Belle Pelvic PT to anyone preparing for birth and postpartum!Thank you again Andrea!“

“I went to Beverly Hospital back in March, 2023 because going on a usual two mile walk at Bradley Palmer State Park, I suddenly developed a pain down the left leg on the outside. Walked 100 yards and had to limp back to the car. Self-diagnosed as sciatica but after visiting Doctor, I started physical therapy with Sue Grant. Sue had me do a series of exercises twice a day and suggested ice at evening time. Pain lessened but was still constant. Next up were X-rays, and then two Cat scans. Results were a bulging disc in back. I continued with visits and exercises with Sue and the with Jill Broderick. Consulting with both, I decided to get a shot in my back. After a short rest period, I continued the visits and exercises. Now eight months later, daily pain is gone, I can walk almost two miles again and sleep at night. Both Sue and Jill were great and very supportive and it was a pleasure going to my appointments! On my last visit, last week (11/9) to see Sue, Jill met me in the lobby and said "Ah, here for discharge?" and my tongue in cheek reply was "Or Admission!" We both laughed and it was Discharge!I was destined for an October trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii, and during the summer thought I would have to cancel, but made the trip and trekked all over mountains and ruins!Thank you, Sue and Jill!George GrayIpswich, MA“
