Did a great job fixing my broken display on my gaming laptop. Ready a few days after parts came in and works perfectly....I would much rather give my business and money to a small hard working local business and Paul is that guy!
First off – Paul’s delivered some of the best customer service I have ever gotten in my entire life! Why do I say that? A Thursday night before a holiday Friday, and my only two days to pull together a mass media packet and an online teaching class - and my computer turns into a brick! No one seemed to be able to help. It looked as if I was foonec to meet the Geek Squad but I called Paul on a lark, a hail Mary chance with an outfit I found him on the Internet.Well I was pleasantly surprised — more like shocked — that he set up an appointment for the very next morning at 9:30 - on a holiday!
