Disappointed with a couple reviews that Dr Vaisman is rude. He is a professional with extraordinary knowledge and talent. He is thorough with your initial assessment and expects the patient to stay focused. He knows your in pain it's not the place when going over history. I have had excellent care here and staff are all respectful and polite.

My recent visit was for injections. The staff did not talk with me during the procedure but did talk to each other about upcoming music event tickets they wanted to purchase. Also commented, “she’s Medicare” Local anesthetic barely done and steroid too quickly injected. Quite painful, wait a minute for novocaine to work. I winced, and was told “just breathe through it” Your attention to the patient should be your first priority.

Unacceptable for a person who checks in for an appointment and waits to be seen for an hour, to get a phone call asking if they're coming in. Second time this happened. Response? Oh, sorry. Is it so difficult keeping track of three patients in the waiting room? Beyond furious since it definitely affects the patient' s mobility issues and causes unnecessary pain. The medical staff there are fantastic. No complaints about Drs or nurses.
