Not professional at all, the tow driver came into the restaurant I was at and said do you drive a white BMW convertible.. I said yeah I do.. he goes I have it up on the lift... dude made me give him 60 bucks cash to take it down.
When the tow truck arrived and the worker stepped out to hook my car up, I was completely ignored. After I asked another question he stated, “my girlfriend will help you.” I had to knock on the truck window to get her attention. She rolled the window down and it smelt like they just hot boxed the truck. To each their own but you shouldn’t be driving intoxicated in a company vehicle towing a customer’s car. They’re lucky no one else could tow my car (I live out of state and needed to leave by a certain day) or I would have told them to just leave. Would not recommend.Service: Car towing
WARNING-do not trust what they say on phone. Stuck north of Peabody. They promised they be there soon as they already left to tow us. ALMOST 5 hours later no show! Called don’t answer and voice mail full!!! Why would a company lie to anyone in desperate need of help? Finally contacted someone else that arrived in 30 min. This really happened so stranded broken down -call another place !
