They have lost their best nail techs. Use to be my favorite nail salon. I'll NEVER go back after my recent visit while the entire experience was terrible. Talking about me ,refusing to do my nails during my pedicure, NOT PROFESSIONAL!

It really pains me to write bad reviews for small businesses. But they need some SERIOUS changes. First time ever here. I made an appt. Got there and was ignored for about 5 mins. I had acrylics and just needed a fill. Worst, and dirtiest experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Seems as it's a mother/daughter run business. I had the mother. She started me 15 mins late. There was a girl right before me she was half way through, but then she got up and then she sat me down. Literally, did not clean up a thing from her previous client. Put my hands onto a dirty paper towel. Had nail clippings and cuticle clippings all over it. Started my manicure then took the... read full review
