parking: lot online classes accepts credit cards gender-neutral restrooms
The whole space is Gorgeous! In the warm weather some classes are held on the porch with a beautiful view of the lake.Inside, I have found an open and friendly yoga community and wonderful and experienced teachers. Classes are different and there’s a lot of classes to choose from. Grateful to have found this space right off route 1 to practice.
The classes here are wonderful. Between the teachers and the community, I always feel better! They also have spa services and an event space. I’ve been here for a baby shower and Birthday parties. Such a beautiful space and scenery with the lake!
This is a great studio! The space is clean and the instructors are great! My only complaint is the lack of non-hot classes. So many of their evening classes (which is the only time I can attend - I have to work) are for the hot yoga. I wish they had more "normal" temp classes during the evening hours, as the hot yoga is not my favorite.
