Also….when needed in a pinch…other stylists there have stepped in for last minute requests (prom hair for my daughter). While I don’t pretend to know everyone personally, each interaction I have had has been very welcoming. Just overall an A+ salon!“

“A few days before my 30th birthday, I received a botched hair cut from a local salon here in Worcester. I was devastated and left embarrassed. My hair was so short and there was no way I was cutting off more to fix the unevenness and missing patches through out. I googled the best places in Worcester to get extensions and the pigment lab was the first place that popped up. I looked at others but ultimately messaged the pigment salon Saturday late afternoon and they got back to be right way! Although not opened on Monday Marissa made me a consultation appointment for Monday. She colored matched my hair and we ordered the hair that day and arrived two days later. After being traumatized by my last experience I was really nervous about getting my hair done. My hair looks beautiful and feels amazing.This was honestly the best experience I ever had in a salon EVER! Marissa was so nice and helpful and so knowledgeable about everything I asked her. I will never go anywhere else after seeing what my hair is capable of looking like when done by such a talented hairstylist.“

“I had my first appointment today with Lindsey J., and I could NOT be happier! I’m a girl with super thick, dense and coarse red hair. If you’re a thick-haired girl, you understand that you need a stylist who truly KNOWS how to tame thick hair and often it’s hard to find one. Thick haircuts really are their own skill set. After a couple of not-so-great haircuts from other salons, I was getting really discouraged that I wasn’t going to find the stylist who could cut my hair in a way that it would cooperate.

My coworker absolutely sung Lindsey’s praises and told me that I had to try her out, saying that Lindsey is a hair goddess and gave her the best haircut she’s ever had. I was hesitant to go on my coworker’s advice, because she and I have completely different hair types, but I figured it was worth a shot after hearing her rave review!

Thick-haired girls, let me tell you that your stylist search is over with Lindsey. Her approach to cutting thick hair was completely different from any stylist I’ve been to in the past. She took so much time making sure the cut was perfect, and my hair is now EXACTLY how I’ve wanted it. She also gave me a highlight today which looks sun-kissed and beautiful, and perfectly compliments the cut. I am so thankful to have finally found my new stylist and haven’t stopped looking at my hair since I got home! Trust me, you will not be disappointed! Thanks so much Lindsey.“

“I am a notorious haircut hater; I've left countless salons in the last 7 years either frustrated enough to give myself a hackjob touch-up at home (badly) or just flatout crying, defeated. So many times I've shown references just to have them be ignored, or have been dyed a color several shades off from what I asked for.

I went to Jeffrey Robert Salon on a whim, desperate for a haircut after over half a year spent growing out a botched bleach job from last summer. I was so anxious at the prospect of letting someone else cut my hair again - but, wow. I made the right choice going here, Shayla was just amazing. She took the reference I showed her very seriously and periodically asked me what I thought about how it was going, if I liked it, if the layers looked good. I was grinning the whole time, like yes, it's perfect, oh my God. She listened when I told her to cut certain parts a bit shorter; she made sure it framed my face, because I told her I was worried about that. She gave me recommendations for products to use and taught me the best ways to style it moving forward. I left glowing. This is the best haircut I've gotten professionally in ... ever, I think. I haven't been able to stop smiling - and crying, just a little, but this time out of joy.“
