Excellent customer service, both over the phone with office staff and in person with the exterminator. I was concerned about carpenter bees that recently started flying around my back deck. I requested a quote from their website and almost immediately received an email following up. After answering and asking some questions, I was set up with an appointment for the next day. The exterminator was very informative, friendly, and thorough in searching the area of concern. I would use them again for future issues.
