Dr.Dan Sjogren was very welcoming and put me ease quickly. He explained the process and then examined me and explained and illustrated my issue. He then outlined what was needed to correct my issue and eliminate my discomfort. He performed an adjustment that improved my issue on the first visit. Dr. Dan is a master of manipulation -chiropractic manipulation, that is. I'm a fairly big man who used to be even bigger. I'll be honest, I was skeptical about whether he would be able to apply enough pressure to adjust my spine because I weighed over 300 lbs, and was probably twice the size of him, literally. But I soon found out that his knowledge of body mechanics and chiropractic techniques are unmatched. No matter how badly I got myself misaligned between visits, he would get me straightened out again without much fuss or bother. I went in for a tune up. Usually it's my lower and upper back, which Doc adjusted just fine, then both of my shoulders need adjusting, then I didn't think my neck needed an adjustment, boy, was I wrong. Probably snapped in 5 places at the same time. I so needed that! Thanks Doc! See you next time!
